Opened in November, Asaya Kitchen at the Rosewood Hong Kong does good-for-you gastronomy with Mediterranean and Japanese influences. Designed by chef Renaud Marin, in collaboration with the hotel’s in-house nutritionist, the menu spotlights delicate, seasonal dishes like home-cured tuna; cuttlefish salad; grilled snapper with peppers; and homemade lavender yoghurt. Enjoy these healthy options before (or after) spending some time at Asaya, the hotel’s wellness concept, which offers treatments ranging from naturopathy to singing bowl therapy.
