London-based Avobar, which made its Asia debut at K11 MUSEA at the end of September, pairs gorgeously green décor with a menu made up entirely of this nutritious and versatile fruit, which appears in everything from the Avo Bun Burger (a lentil patty sandwiched between neon-green avo-infused buns) and Ultimate Avo Toast to matcha pancakes smothered in avo butter and even avo cocktails. It’s an avalanche of avocado, and we can’t get enough.
