Since its humble beginnings in Soho, NOC Coffee Co has evolved into a local caffeine authority, with seven shops and its own roastery. The brand, co-founded by 2011 Hong Kong Barista Champion Chan Chak Sum, recently expanded its empire – quite literally – with a massive new space in Tin Hau. Expect sparse Japanese-inspired interiors, plus the signature pour-over coffee and a solid selection of brunch bites like the popular scrambled crab toast.
