Eat thoughtfully in Central

kinship-venue-3

Around 90% of Hong Kong’s food supply is sourced from abroad but rustic farm-to-table restaurant Kinship is challenging the status quo. Founded by chefs Chris Grare (formerly of Lily & Bloom) and Arron Rhodes (Gough’s on Gough), this new dining spot has teamed up with small-scale local farms and fisheries to source everything from seasonal greens and seabass to cauliflower, carrots and even milk for its homemade ice cream.

The chefs describe their food as “world cuisine”, which translates to a travel-inspired menu – notable highlights include the beef tartare, cauliflower cooked Peking duck style and Balinese salad with sweet sambal.
