At its outlet in Causeway Bay’s Fashion Walk, executive chef Jason Luk lends an experimental flair to creations like custard-filled pineapple buns, and red bean and tangerine tong sui (Cantonese sweet dessert). And yes, they’ll look amazing for the ’gram, too, thanks to artistic touches by chef Luk.
