Think British food is uninspiring and stodgy? Let award-winning chef Simon Rogan change your mind.
He makes his international debut with two new restaurants in Causeway Bay. The ultra-luxe Aulis Hong Kong is a “development kitchen concept” with just 12 seats.
Here, you can savour a creative 10-course tasting menu, which may include innovative dishes such as sea urchin custard, along with soda bread and miso butter.
“The Aulis experience is an intimate dining occasion where you can observe our latest creations, learn how each dish came to fruition and hear the story behind the ingredients,” says Rogan. Meanwhile, Roganic offers a more casual farm-to-table concept that revolves around foraged ingredients and natural wines.
