Hot on the heels of Japanese izakaya Fukuro in Hong Kong and modern Cantonese eatery Canton Disco in Shanghai, Artemis & Apollo is the newest addition to Black Sheep Restaurants’ bag of tricks. The menu is inspired by traditional Athenian taverns, while vaulted ceilings, clean white interiors and olive green accents recall a Greek island vacation. Co-founder Christopher Mark highly recommends the Steki Tou Ilia lamb chops – thinly sliced and grilled with a squeeze of lemon. Chase it with a glass of ouzo (Greece’s anise-flavoured liquor) to get in the spirit – literally.
